Due to the rapid growth at St. Joseph’s Hospital-South, the Emergency Department, team, and technology have been expanded to better treat the community. The hospital is investing $1.7 million into a Siemens Dual Source CT scanner – one of the few in the state of Florida – to be used within the emergency room.
